Description

This course is designed to promote efficiency and safety in the field using hand signals for overhead lifting.

This course is designed for a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 16 students. The students should be dedicated to this training for a minimum of 3 hours.

The customer must provide a classroom with computer compatible projector, white board or flip chart.

What we do:

Bannerman Training & Consulting, LLC will provide training to enhance employee knowledge and safety and provide guidance for proper use of hand signals for overhead lifting in compliance with OSHA Regulations. Training will consist of the following:

1. Develop an understanding of the Terms and Definitions
2. Demonstrate the ability to identify the lift path 
3. Demonstrate the ability to identify hazards to personnel or the public
4. Demonstrate the proper use of hand signals during a lift
